Essential Functions of the Coordinator
- Oversees the financial performance of programs, ensuring all fiscal activities and decisions are executed responsibly and in alignment with organizational protocols and strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight of documentation processes by ensuring systems, training, and quality assurance measures are in place to support program compliance with required reporting standards and timelines.
- Support and guide quality assurance efforts by overseeing youth, partner, and county satisfaction initiatives and by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance program practices, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between York and Lancaster stakeholders and Valley Youth House, fostering strong relationships through consistent communication and prompt follow-up.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, autonomous team by delivering 40 hours of structured, supportive supervision annually and facilitating weekly L10 meetings in alignment with organizational procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work or another related field.
- Two or more years of experience supervising and leading teams.
- At least 3 years of experience working with youth and young adults.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule that includes evenings.
- A valid driver's license, a motor vehicle report that meets agency requirements, and reliable transportation that can safely transport clients if needed.
- Ability to complete the pre-employment physical and drug test requirements.
