Essential Functions for the Administrative Assistant:

  • To provide general office support to all team members in the assigned location.
  • To monitor and maintain records including, but not limited to, financial documentation, client files, meeting minutes and client related statistics & services for designated program areas. 
  • To provide excellent reception and communication with all clients, staff, visitors and stakeholders and ensure an inviting, clean, organized atmosphere and office environment.
  • To schedule appointments with clients, and send appointment reminders and any additional documents for said appointments. 
  • To support the Office Manager's emergency management in the office or site location with the facilitation of regular drills and emergency equipment. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • This individual must be highly organized and self-motivated.
  • They shall never have been convicted of any child abuse offense.
  • They shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma with two years of experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Never X Occasionally 
  • Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds. Never X Occasionally 
  • Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds. Never X Occasionally
