Essential Functions of the Coordinator
- Provide administrative support to the Program Supervisors and staff by providing KPI outcome metrics, custom data reports as requested, tracking of all financials (stipends & petty cash) for the program, and documenting weekly L10 meetings.
- Ensure the timely & accurate completion of all required paperwork (includes documentation requirements) per the SBLS and RRH Paperwork Guidelines document and the approved program descriptions. Preparing audit reports for the Supervisors as needed to address problem areas that need to be addressed in the case management system(s). This includes uploading all critical documentation into the case management system and data entry requests.
- Provide direct assistance to the SBLS staff in creating supply bins for their schools, obtaining food and other necessary supplies/needs during the start of new programming (this typically occurs in the months of Sept/Oct and Feb/Mar).
- Provide direct assistance to the Rapid Rehousing staff in HMIS data entry, audits, and ordering of supplies for clients.
- Represent Valley Youth House in a professional manner at all times. The Administrative Assistant team is the face of Valley Youth House and the first interaction most clients have with our agency.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relatable experience.
- A valid driver's license, a motor vehicle report that meets agency requirements, and reliable transportation that can safely transport clients if needed.
- Ability to work the defined schedule that includes evenings in the job description.
